If you live in Dallas, Texas, you can go to the Cafe Greek on Preston Road near I-635. They have a lunch buffet which is great because you can try different types of Greek food such as dolmas. It was the first place I ate dolmas and find them very tasty.
By the way, Dallas has several Greek restaurants in the Metrolplex you can choose from.

Even little communities across the US have small Middle Eastern grocery shops/gas stations in which you can buy dolmas. The Middle Easterners also enjoy dolmas and sell them from small shops across the country.
Also, have you tried any of your local Greek restaurants? And, of course, as a last resort, you could always make your own! :)

Look in the imported foods section of your Megamart. Find a "Whole Foods", "Trader Joe's", or a really good international deli.

We find them in all Mediteranian restaurants in New Orleans. Is there not many in Dallas? Or check if there is any International groceries in your area.

I'd check the ethnic aisle in the grocery.
You could also try searching online for places that will ship to you
