You ate too much and now your tummy hurts, as a chef i gotta say thats the ultimate compliment. As a human being i gotta say.... STOP IT!!! there are certain food groups that will hit you much harder than others. If you just at a tone of italian foods (i.e. pastas and heavy sauce) then your gonna have a shitty work day tommorow because your gonna be working from the john. But to your original question the answer will be NO. don't through up, It will be MUCH more unpleasant than your average offering to the porcline gods. Take this one as a learning moment bud. wait 10 minutes after each coarse before you start the new one to let the food settle, thats the only way that you can actually be sure that you are not going to be overeating.

TUMS, tums work good as sh*t. I know when i smoke and get the munchies and end up eating too much, i end up poping two tums and that sh*t is gone in like 5 minutes.

Try going for a walk or atleast try drinking some hot water. That should help!

don't puke... mix about two teaspoons of baking soda in a cup of water and take a big gulp. it helps immensly, even though it tastes gross.
