Bloody Mary
Ingredient Amount
Vodka 1 1/2 oz.
Lemon Juice 1 dash
Tomato Juice 3 oz.
Lime 1 wedge
Tabasco Sauce 2-3 drops
Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Glass to UseOld Fashioned glass
Mixing Instructions
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice cubes. Garnish with a wedge of lime, and salt and pepper if desired.

I like a Side Car or a Black Russian, but more often go for Irish Coffee, which is not strictly a mixed drink. Of course, I don't drink anymore; although I do indulge in a Irish Coffee now and then after a meal.

Caipirinha (kay-peer-reen-ya)!! Brazil's version of a margarita ... sort of. But, be careful, they will sneak up on you!
Ingredients:
Cut a lime in 4 pieces and put in a shaker.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar (for carb-watchers ... Splenda is a great choice here!)
Crush lime and sugar.
Add 1-2 oz of Cachaca (ka-sha-sa).
Fill with crushed ice.
Shake (or stir ... but shake is better).
Pour into glass and enjoy!!
