recently i cant take gud pictures with my digicam,the video quality is normal but in pic mode the picture taken is blur with white stripes running all over the photo.plese guide me how to sett it properly

I've a new DVD/VCR and a new TV with Freeview. I can find the five terrestrial channels on the DVD/VCR but not the Freeview channels. Auto and Manual Set-up don't find them. Should I be able to tune it in and, if so, how?

My friend bought a Sony Cybershot DSC-T5 and DSC-T7 from Japan. And hey, guess what, they both use Japanese user interfaces. Is it possible to change 'em into English or does she need to take Japanese night classes?

I'm going to New Zealand soon with a stopover in Singapore. I am wondering whether it will be cheaper to buy a Nintendo DS in either of these places, than the UK, but I heard that they may be region specific and not work back in the UK if I but elsewhere - does anyone know if this is the case? I lost my phone so called tmobile to cancel it. They then said I would have to pay £10 for a new sim card. It is on a contract and my bills are regularly over £70, on occasions over £100. I think this is so unfair when I pay them so much money and always on time. I said id rather cancel my contract (I have 6months remaining out of 18) I would have to pay £130 for that. Why are they so shitty to their customers? O2 are great when anything like this happens. Can I cancel my direct debit at the bank and tell them I have moved abroad or say ive got no money to pay it? Will they send the bailiffs for me?

I bought my wife an iron with a built in telephone from a man in the pub last night. Hopefully she will love it for Christmas if l can get it to work. Because it was cheap there are no instuctions, l plugged it into the mains but when l listen for the dial tone l keep burning my ears. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks all ;)

I want truthful answers. I own a XBox360 and it has impressed me very much. I got to play a PS3 at the local Wal-Mart. It was hooked up to a LCD flat screen about 20inches. I saw no difference between the PS3 and my XBox. So out of the people who have this system was it worth the waiting in line, do you suggest the system, and does the blue ray player look better than HD?

I have to be honest also. I will buy a PS3 next year for Resistence Fall of Man.

We have intermittent power outage in our area. I wonder if that would affect my laptop battery. Or is it just like the effect of pulling the laptop charger/plug from the socket? Or will the charger suffer the effect of the power surge/outage?

I take a lot of low level and ground up pictures and would like to know if the following is possible and if not, why?

Is it possible to view the image you want to photograph through the LCD or can you only view it through the view finder.

If you can view the picture through the LCD, how do you set the camera up for this function.

If not, why did they not make this possible on this camera.

I have an ipod nano and know there are various ways to play it in the car but don't want to spend a ton of money, my car stereo does not have the new output for it and I live in San Diego where I imagine finding a free radio frequency might be tough.
