question abt canon digicam A60?

recently i cant take gud pictures with my digicam,the video quality is normal but in pic mode the picture taken is blur with white stripes running all over the photo.plese guide me how to sett it properly

Call Canon's customer service line. They will be able to fix it over the phone or set it up for a repair if necessary.
