Never heard of this one before.

I dont believe this is legal and the manager has done this at his own discretion.I would demand my other 10% back.

If you've opened it there's no guarentee you haven't used it so Yes, I think it's fair. If it wasn't faulty you've no right to demand any refund, so you've been lucky to get anything back for it.

that is illegal i think, you are entitled to a full refund if you dont wish to keep the product, did you use it for a long time? why did you take it back? if it was faulty or something then they owe you ten%

what store did u get it under 30 days there should not be a restocking fee which they charged you for it fight it and get your 10% back call corperate and rasie Hell
