Is there a cell phone plan where my dad can put me on his contract and give me so many minutes. and then when i use them all my fone will shut off?

&& like whats the difference between buying minute card, pre paid, and pay-as-u-go??

my tv has suddenly turned all blue. i'm paying for cable with nothing to watch. comcast came in to find out what the problem was but we found out it was from the tv. its an apex tv and its all i have. i dont have any money to afford a new one. right now. what could be the problem? is it something i can fix myself?

I'm hearing more and more about appliances that use electricity even when turned off. What about lamps, microwaves (no digital clock), and coffee makers? Every little bit helps.

It seems almost every DVD we rent to watch has some kind of problem. It either stops all the time, freezes or won't play at all. It's so frustrating. But there're some that would play ok. Does anybody else experience the same thing or it's my DVD player? Any suggestions please?
