Least Expensive-I've Surfed Around-And am getting dizzy and a little emotional. need brand names,prices,pixel rating etc.

Larger print means more mega pixel is necessary. For 20X30, I'll recommend 8MP or more. There a few choices I'll recommend:
Canon PowerShot A630:

Not really a slim camera

for 20x30" ...look for at least 10 Megapixels... and what will fit your budget.
I can tell the new Canon Rebel XTi (10 Megapixels+ISO 1600) + Canon EF 17-85 mm IS USM (imagestabilizer + very fast auto focus - ultrasonic motor ) is a very good choice.
