I just want a roundabout. Also what is the biggest hdtv i can get for 3000$???

Hey we bought a 50" Plasma TV Vizio brand at Costco for approximately $2000! Great TV with HD. You would need HDTV service to get the HD channels though.

I just got a 61 inch samsung hdtv DLP rear projection for 2200 at brandsmart with a 5yr bulb warranty and tax and shipping. You can probably get what ever you want for 3k if you shop around and wait for a sale. After researching I found the only real difference between projections and plasma to be the space issue. The one i bought sits on a coffe table and is about a foot deep.

Ours would have been about $2200 (US) if we'd paid full price. ~yay~ for sales and that it was one someone else had bought and returned, we got it for $1100!
For $3000, you can get a really big LCD, or a smallish plasma so it's all bout what's more important to you.
