Is there a cell plan where my dad can.......?

Is there a cell phone plan where my dad can put me on his contract and give me so many minutes. and then when i use them all my fone will shut off?

&& like whats the difference between buying minute card, pre paid, and pay-as-u-go??

prepaid and pay as you go are the same thing and if u buy minutes then it would be pay as you go (prepaid)

get a prepaid or pay as you do phone. or if not thet then get a disney mobile phone.
