I would just go to a department store like WalMart or Kmart and get a unviersal remote, they come with codes for all different types of TVs.
These cost anywhere from 10 bux for a basic one to as much as you car to spend...

The universal remotes work fine, and are usually MUCH less expensive than a manufacturer's replacement.

go buy a universal remote they can be programmed for virtually any TV.
