The blue screen says "my games is unable to run using your current user acct. (limited acct.)

Please change your acct. to an admin. acct.

click ok.

Please can anyone help me to get rid of this screen? It just started happening.

For some reason, when I click on help and support in the start menu, I get an error message. It says: Windows cannot find "helpctr.exe". Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.

I have tried this, all it finds are a prefetch file and file that needs helpctr.exe to run.

The main reason I need help and support to run is so I can open an MSInfo file. If there is another program that reads these files, if someone could reccomend it to me, it would be much appreciated.

My DVDFab software is not working. I don't know why. I use it to burn movies into blank DVDs. I need a new software to burn movies into DVDs. It's an emergency. recently had my computer wiped out because I had many viruses. I had to re-install my sims 2, University, Nightlife, and Open for Buisness. When I went to play the game, it had problems loading. I had to restart my computer twice. When I finally got it to work, I loaded a neighboorhood, and the whole sims screen turned gray! Today, I tried to play it and it didn't even get past the loading screen ( the first one where captions marquee across the bottom) it shut off and went to my desktop!
Any Ides?

How do people download songs illegally? Its not like there are programs out there like Napster, Warez, or Kazaa that will allow people to do it anymore.

I have a C and E drive. The C drive is almost completly filled and is freezing up causing problems. I want to move some programs over to E but when I right click send to for some reason E does not show up as a choice. So I have to copy from C to E and then go back to C to delete but it worries me to do so that I may lose function mainly a lo of music and vedio software. Help!

My computer doesn't have a genuine version of Microsoft Windows XP on it. Therefore, I want to buy a genuine copy. If I buy a second-hand one on eBay will the license key allow me to download the Microsoft updates bearing in mind that the license key will most likely have been used by another person in the past on a different machine?

i have itunes and i put all my mp3s on there some time ago. it worked fine until today when i saw all my music in itunes was gone... but the music was still in the itunes folder. now everytime i put the music in again into itunes, it makes a whole nother folder with the same music and its taking up alot of space on my harddrive.
is there a way to import my music on my library without making copies of the same music?
