I assume you mean Microsoft Office. Get OpenOffice.org instead. It is free and compatible.

If you are asking how to get a Word Processor to use for typing a report, you already have a simple one included free with Windows. It is called Wordpad.

You will find it on the Start Menu, under (All) Programs > Accessories > Wordpad.

It will allow you to type and format as long a report as you want.

I assume you mean MS Office, or Word. Try downloading "Open Office" from www.openoffice.org (i think, if not search it). It isn't Microsoft, but you can save it in open it up in microsoft. When you save a text file, save as ".doc" then you can open it up on another computer with office on it.
