Can I burn it to a CD or DVD from the web?

Ya most of the time you can as long as it has the right format and isnt protected in any way. But good luck finding something to play it on . Lots will just lots dont also.

yes, you will need to use winavi to convert it from divx(how most movies are distributed on the web) to dvd .vob format.

Also, make sure you get the NTSC version of the movie if you live in america, and the PAL version if you live in europe, because PAL dvd's will not play on american dvd players.

Here is a guide if you wanna use dvd santa software-- if you dont want to use that software, it at least gives you an idea of what steps you need to go through.

yeah ,,, but u need to have an application to convert it to dvd unless u actually download a dvd .... winavi usually does the trick ...

yes, however it probably wont run on a dvd player.
