when i start my windowxp computer, it boots up to the stage that the screen simply display microsoft windowsxp and nothing happens even after leaving it for a long time

I need one that i can talk 2 people on different services w/o having 2 download every single service. most of the ones i've looked at just put everyone on your buddy lists in different programs on one big program. it just makes it easier, u still have 2 have the programs. any program that does this? thanks

Hi guys, Sorry guys, it seems I keep asking for your help all the time, I am sorry to be a pest. I am disabled and not too good with all this modern gadgets.
My mp3 player loaded music fine and in order, ie 123 etc that was when I used media player 10. Now I have upgraded to 11, I reformatted my player as I want to refresh it. On plugging player into my laptop, all music in my media library loads onto player but doesnt play in order, it plays all 1 then all 2 etc, on top of this it shows info as it plays, but if I look through menu for artists, genre, albums etc, I get nothing. Sorry to bother you all again, but your help is appreciated. Thankyou Jimmy

I have just merged this movie but I am having problems burning it, because it seems that the dvd drive keeps turning inside when the first frame starts to run and then pauses and on the DVD Player, there is picture but no sound. I tried to convert it to mpeg from AVI but it says interface not supported, what does this mean and how do I fix this problem so it will work on my dvd player?

Hey I was recently downloading some thing for my computer and I thought it was a free software, but it had an activation code with it, so I assumed the person who made the software wanted people to download it only from their site, but when when I put in the activation code it turns out the software was a pirated software and it says they reported my IP to some site and that a lawyers gonna call me, please help me T_T I'm a good person who is completely against illegal stuff! What should I do?

This Computers just been acting wierd since I ran a system restore last week.

which explains why im posting again in 3 hours.

ok heres what happened.

I was away from the cpu, norton was running a full system scan for the first time. I glance at it and see black screen with letters.

walk over, it says

Invalid System Disk
Replace the disk, and then press any key.
By pressing the space bar this came up

Reboot and select proper device or insert Boot Media in selected Boot Device and pressy a key.

Ive seen this message before and after the restore^

I mannualy turned it off (held power button)
Loads right before boot to welcome screen then re-boots.

Try 2

Asked me which configuration I would like to use, I picked Last Known Good Configuration.
Loads Just Fine

Logs on in about 17 seconds from welcome screen

While loading everything on desktop, taskbar whatever it says system error and it read- Unknown Hard Error.

-Mannual Shut Down

Try 3

-Seems to load fine.
-Welcome Screen

I've been playing Flight Simulator X and its not going very fast. According to http://gameadvisor.futuremark.com/gameadvisor/service/game_index.jsp?gameId=1098
my computer is super fast, in the top 12% of computers they've scanned, and it should run really good. But it doesnt. I think its because its not getting enough CPU power, how can i dedicate more to it? I put the fsx.exe priority in task manager to RealTime, but its still slow. Ideas? thanks in advance
