i sign in they say trouble shooting i trouble shoot then i repair then they move to my brother e-mail and opens it and the error code is 80004005

In windows live messenger go to Tools>Options
Click on Connections and then on the Advanced Settings button.
Click on Test, beside the HTTP proxy. It'll do a small test and if it says "Success, you can connect....", then press ok, ok, ok and try to sign in again.

Because it is a lousy program, typical Microsoft crummy programming. There are much better IM programs out there. Yahoo even has a much better one. It just the MS one is forced on us by their monopoly with their OS.
