in windows I like to have my task bar run vertical on the right hand side of the screen, can I do this with the dock in Mac OS X?

I bought Peachtree 1st accounting software for a small business I'm starting up. The company says NONE of their software works with Internet Explorer 7.0 and to contact Microsoft about it. They say to uninstall 7.0 and put 6.0 sp2 back on but I won't tak the step backwards. Nowhere on the box does it say not compatable with IE7 just minimum requirements IE 6.0 and my computer more than meets the rest of the requirements. What can I do? Never used but registered it like a dummy.

I want to add borders, frames, props or text to picture. I don't necessarily want to edit the sharpness or red eye and stuff like that

okay- it keeps saying that there is an unhandled exception that has occured in your application; if you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.
I clicked continue, then transcode new video; and the pop-up came back, and i thought that i need to upgrade the software, but when i did, it still did that... what's up w/ this and what do i need to do to get rid of this message???

is there a better, and free converter that's like the pspvideo9... but not? thx

As of a couple of days ago, my hard drive has been unable to boot XP from the hard drive. I will start up the computer, the Windows XP loading screen will come on for a few seconds, but then it kicks me back to a screen that allows me to choose if I want to run XP in a couple of different Safe Modes, my Last Known Configurations, and Normal mode. No matter which one I choose, it will go to the XP loading screen for a few seconds and then kick me right back to the same screen. My dad says it could be a virus, and I've had a friend who had this same problem, and he had to reformat his entire hard drive. I don't want to reformat my hard drive because there is valuable personal information on there that I need. Is this fixable, or do I need to somehow try and get that information off the hard drive? Thanks for the help.

I just reinstalled windows xp and none of the things that should work work anymore. I have some simple games on there and when I load them they all say, each in a different way, that the program or menu failed to initialize properly. I believe my drivers or hardware or something is not updated. I know for sure some software with my monitor isn't correct because, in the advanced properties of the monitor nothing says anything about ATI and I know that it used to say that. Is there some easy way to update and fix all this, or some program that will point out what needs to be fixed?

I am running Windows XP Pro., (Spain).

My reason for asking this question is that I downloaded "Cache Clever", from http://www.oo-software.com (Germany). This program was a disaster, application errors, my pc would not shut down. etc. etc. Removed the evaluation an all was okay.

If you have "Systweak Cache Boost Enterprise", installed from this company in India, below, please advise if it works with the platform stated above and no application errors.

Plus can you advise indepth if you actually noticed any enhanced performance of your system.

I am a clinical psychiatrist an I am not in a position to have down time on my pc do to a software program written poorly.

It is obvious now. My girlfriend wants to breakup completely. Instead of having a break-up discussion with me, she seemed to have opted for sudden avoidance of any contact with me. I still do love you. Last time i saw her was 5 months ago. I still feel that i want to find out some sort of reasons why she did all the hurtful things she did to me during our relationship of two years. my sisters computer wont open an exe (applacation) file it will open a file related to the exe (like a txt file will open wordpad but the shortcut in the start menu wont) it sayed theres no applacation set to open this type of file however on my other systems have it set as 1% i cant find it (on any computer) what do i set it to (i need it she wants her barbie game and i cant start the installer)
