First save your important files. Then format your drive C (Go to Command prompt, type format C:). After formatting your drive. Get your Windows XP installation disk, insert it in your disk drive. and start the computer. You can now intall your windows XP.

If you install Windows XP, everything will be gone, and I mean everything. If you want, you should backup all your files in a separate drive, format XP, then reinstall an OEM version. It's not easy if you're not computer savvy.

You have to boot from the disk. Then you can delete everything on the hard drive, including the virus and start fresh and clean.

why would you delete random files if you have a virus. Get an antivirus program like AVG or my fav, Avast! Antivirus.

put your'e xp cd in the cdrom when u start ure computer up hit F8 and then choose ure cd rom drive, then it will start the setup for it and u can reinstall xp
