Go to Start->Run and type powerpnt.exe there. If you have Power Point installed as part of Office, then it should open a blank presentation.

More info from the above answer. Microsoft Office has different suite packages, which means it varies of what programs are actually available to install. Most likely you have bought a version without Powerpoint on it as the first answer states.
I believe you have 2 options:
1) Call Microsoft to get a refund so you can buy a package with Powerpoint on it
2) Go buy Powerpoint by itself.
Where ever you bought probably doesn't refund opened software

if you can't find it after trying you can get open office its free and has the same features of microsoft office download from http://www.openoffice.org/ also u can save it in different formats if you want

It should be under:
Start > Programs > Microsoft Office
If it isn`t there - you may have a version like "home" or "basic" - which comes without powerpoint.
If you need it, you will need to buy it separately.
