Can I convert MP3 to Wav format?Does it reduce the file size?

This is hard for me to say but let me try to explain it as clearly as possible...

At the top of the typing area, there's usually the little ruler like things where you can adjust where the words start and end. Mine all of a sudden disappeared. How do I get it back?

i was tryin to put ma sound volume icon n ma taskbar, i really need help, please please.(i tryed it says :windows cant display ur volume control on da taskbar cuz the program its not install, to install it use add or remove program on control panel) bt i went to conrol panel add or remove prgmm but it didn't nething say volume control please help?/?

I have windows XP and i cant find microsoft paint. All i see is paint but not Microsoft paint or MSpaint. I need it badly. where can i download it for free or find it?? I dont see it!

I am working on a project where I have to enter in MANY (about 100+) zip codes, again and again, in the state of Maine on a database that I am creating in excel. Is it possible for me to create a master list (with all the Maine zip codes in one column and the towns the represent in the second) and put it in Sheet 2 in my spreadsheet and use a formula to have it automatically enter the zip code when I enter the town on my original sheet? I also wouldn't mind having it automatically enter the town if I enter the zip code, either. Either way it would be very helpful if someone could have some suggestions on how to do this!

I have been thinking about getting a new PC, but I don't want to deal with the pain of moving programs and data to the new PC. Is there an easy way to do this with some software program? Thanks.

My recent presentation fits on the slide, but when showing the presentation the right hand side of the slides was cut off.

When I checked in the normal view the content doesn't go over the slide, but does go up to the edge.

The presentation was well within the boundaries of the projector screen.

Can anyone tell me why it has been cut off when projected onto the screen.

The file opnsqr.exe is in C:Windows:Prefetch:opnsqr.exe, but when I go to remove it I get a warnin that I should not modify Windows files.

My internet explorer will not open the body of e-mails, just the header info. It won't even allow the "answer question' button to come through on Yahoo Answers, so it is unusable. Does anyone know the reason why this might happen. Additional info. I recently loaded an antivirus program from Defender Pro, along with a Firewall from them. I have since removed both and if it caused the problem removing them has not cured it.

In older versions of Internet Explorer there was a menu bar that displayed a box where you could type the address of a website and if you pressed Enter, the browser would open that page. How do I get that menu bar to show up on IE7? I can't seem to find one.

i have downloaded dvd decrypter, alcohol 120%, magicDISC, magicISO, and daemon tools and im so confused.....i still cant get it to read the dvd....are those programs what i need if i dont have a dvd drive.....is it even possible to get them on my computer if i dont have one?

I was told by either HP or Microsoft help to close some processes to keep my computer from locking up. Even when all applications are closed and I come back after awhile, my PC is locked up and I have to press the power button to shut it off to restart.

Every time i finish making a dvd with my Nero 7 software it deletes the program when i exit it.But i can still go to my programs list and reinstall it.I can't find any help from Microsoft or Dell.It's a pain reinstalling Nero every time i use it.No error log shows up,HELP!!

I downloaded a Windows Vista RC1 from the internet.. I know that the beta testing is over now but I want to know something. If I install this Vista RC1 on my computer and then suddenly change my mind to buy the genuine one and uninstall the RC1. Can I uninstall the RC1 like any other programs??

I also have my 'Product Recovery Disc' when I bought my Laptop. I used it when I reformat my laptop and erase all the files to restore the original like new.. So if I want to erase Vista RC1, can I use my product recovery disc to return it to XP?? and upgrade the genuine one? please expain it thoroughly.. THANKS
