How do I get this horrible program "Opinion Square" off of my PC?

The file opnsqr.exe is in C:Windows:Prefetch:opnsqr.exe, but when I go to remove it I get a warnin that I should not modify Windows files.

This is what I found from file.net: "The program is not visible. opnsqr.exe is located in the Windows folder, but it is not a Windows core file. File opnsqr.exe is not a Windows system file. The process listens for or sends data on open ports to LAN or Internet. opnsqr.exe is able to record inputs, monitor applications. Therefore the technical security rating is 71% dangerous."

So YES you should delete this file without any questions and also run the virus scan afterwards. Just go to folder where it is located (C:\Windows|Prefetch\ ) and delete the file without worries.
