Software problem-need help please!?

Question

Every time i finish making a dvd with my Nero 7 software it deletes the program when i exit it.But i can still go to my programs list and reinstall it.I can't find any help from Microsoft or Dell.It's a pain reinstalling Nero every time i use it.No error log shows up,HELP!!

It sounds like you're missing something. Next time you install, do it from the disc and look at the options carefully.
