I just finished downloading a 720mb DVD torrent and my computer won't let me use the files i downloaded.

One of them is named rus-ja2.r00
another rus-ja2.r01 and so on.

how do i use these files??

hi there
i have this prob when i update my pc its not working fast its slow n e way sow when i update it its freezing.
now i reinstalled windows and i dont whant to install n e updates and i dont whant update massiges to come up at taskbat>>
but now i have 2 updates ready for installing i dont whant to install them does n e body know how to delete tis downloaded win update files and how to desable win update so i dont get message "ur pc might be at risk ballon tip".
i would be very greatful for ur help.

please do not wriite n e thing if its not about how to turn off updates without ballont tip, or remove downloaded updates files...

I use a networked PC at my college. The security restrictions stop me from changing my theme in Windows, and I am sick of the blue start bar.

I would like to know if there is software out there that will do the job. I would like it to work on a memory stick, but if you need to install it, I can get that to do the job.

Yesterday my computer wouldn't load Windows XP completely. While booting, the regular Windows splash screen came up, but then instead of showing the desktop, I just saw the cursor on a black field for a few seconds, then just a black screen. The computer would boot completely in Safe Mode, but would not do a normal boot when I tried it multiple times. Today, though, the computer boots normally. What could have caused this problem? How can I prevent it from happening in the future?
