I would suggest you do a search on google.com for learn to touchtype free or along those lines.
There are many out there, But you will need to find one that suits you..

get a typing programme like "mavis beacon teaches typing" then have a conceal over your keyboard, of course extreme adequate to get your arms under it. this ought to provide up you cheating and finding on the keys
