Security updates are important thus you need to install them anyway. If you skip one of the security updates, your computer might be in risk, just like the baloon tips telling you. I dont see any solution except you need to buy a new Windows XP Service Pack 2 with security updates preinstall. Its the only solution that i can think of. I hope it help you out.

Click the balloon that says 'install updates'.
Tick the radio button that says 'custom install'.
Look at what the updates are. If they are security fixes and you want them then tick them, if not leave them unticjked.
Click Next.
Windows will install the updates you want and ditch the ones you don't and stop bugging you about them!
