Hi!

You can! But, I tell you, it's a real pain...
Use a DVD or SVCD/VCD menu creator or editor application.
You can, however, start from scratch. I'd recommend using Nero Suite 6.6.x.x or 7.x.
Now, you see, there are some files on the drive. Some are sounds, and some are videos.
You have to chose, from the program, where each button goes, etc...

But, as you asked, it CAN be done!

i'm not sure i understood ur question but if u meant that an existing DVD which contains a movie already.. can u create a menu for it.. well.. i think u can only do that with a rewritable DVD (DVD-RW)
