Where is my Language Bar situated near the clock in the taskbar?

after i formatted win xp and re-installed, i couldn't find the language bar!! i need it because i use english and german language on my keyboard. how do i get it back???

In the Windows XP Control Panel,
1.) double click on "Regional and Language Options" which opens up a dialogue box,
2.) go to the "Languages Tab" and click the "Details..." button. This opens another Dialogue box titled "Text Services and Input Languages".
3.) In the "Preferences" at the bottom of this dialogue box, click the button marked "Language Bar..."
4.) Check the "Show additional Language bar icons in the taskbar", and then click "OK"
