Im like 14 and dont know about all these viruses it says someones trying to infect my computer I dont know who it is and how they do it last week I got several over 200 emails talkin about president bush iraq osama binladin some prince and terrorist attacks now someone has infected my computer with several viruses trojan horses and sent sexual pictures how do they do this how do i get rid of these attacks and oh yeah I have a antivirus called avast but I need somethind free and stronger

I got a virus in my computer the one that send by its own, websites to others while me chatting with them. And it opens a web page suddenly. It all started wheni clicked on a friend's link and i clicked on it after that he said dont, when it was too late.

Now i want to format the hard i have the dc but i don;t know how to use it, i have Widos X and will put Xp also. Thanks.

Oh, and if you give me a whole list of nonsense that's very long, then I'm going to rank you down. I do not need to install a hundred's of things to make me secure, thank you very much.

Just run Norton and it has found a dialer. It says it can't remove it and it has to be done manually. Anyone put me in the right direction? Have run anti dailer software but this hasn't picked it up.
its located in my btyahoo system file

Who can tell me what it means, namely who sends me this Windows security alert, is it a trustworthy organization or some spying oranization?Also be so kind and help to decide what to do when seeing this Windows security alert, should I click Yes button or No button? If I click Yes button some site is being downloaded offering me to fix the problem. Only I am not sure whether this fix is secure for my PC. What should I do?

I'm running my PC right now in Safe mode with networking , as in ordinary mode it continually reboots itself without warning after after a random few minutes, could last 10 minutes or 20 or whatever before rebooting. You can understand how irritating this is. I had some virus trouble before but ironed out most of it, i have spyware doctor and registry doc and have run both in safe mode as well as ordinary mode to no avail. Is there anything i can do rather than a re-install to remedy this problem ?

I get about 15-20 not so nice kind of email in my bulk every day. I always just delete them, and never open them. I really want them to go away, any suggestions? I am afraid to open them in case of a virus or something. The computer I use is also used for my husband's business stuff, so I really don't want to take any chances of messing things up. any real help would be greatly appreciated.

My pop-up blocker is on and working, and still shows me when some are blocked. We also have a spyware program on the computer that blocks them as well, but in the past two weeks we've suddenly started getting pop-ups! They're mostly ads, or even blank pages! Please help! It's so annoying!

There is a company called Synovate who has people call with FAKE scam surveys and they already have your personal info somehow...They have so many complaints, what can I do since they tried to scam me over the phone? What does the FTC do if I file a complaint ? thanks

I'm not too clever with computers. I have CCleaner, Spynomore, and AVG anti-virus. Is this enough or do i need more?. Also, i've heard that some 'PC Defence' programs work against each other. Will the ones that i have do that?

My school uses Websense, and I had found a way to get around it (File, then Open). Now, it doesn't work. I really need to know because I have to do a lot of internet work at school and they block anything that is moderately useful.
P.S. - I'm a straight A student and I'm not going to do anything wrong with it. Wink wink.
