just dont run multiple apps in active mode .. only run one active and run the rest manually .. u probably should run a software firewall and a non standard browser also to enhance security ..

I Agree With Samuel, Your Off To A Good Start. You Only Need 1 Anti-Virus Programs, As many Anti-Spyware programs As You Want And 1 Firewall.
I Recommend These.
Windows Defender:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...
AVG Anti-Spyware:
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/downloads-pr...
Ad-Aware 2007:
http://www.download.com/3000-2144-100459...
Use All these 3 Since Not One Of These Can Remove Every Single Spyware. Use Windows Defender As It offers Real Time Protection, And AVG And Ad-Aware As They Can Detect The Malware That Windows Defender has Missed.
Also Consider Installing A Firewall.
It helps Blocks Intruders Who Want To Access Your Computer.
Here's A Free One.
COMODO Firewall Pro:

It's The Best. All Top Contributors Recommend It.

I'd suggest getting Spybot Search and Destroy. A great program that takes care of alot more then just viruses.
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html.
Click this link, download from whichever download spot takes less time.[ I suggest picking "safer-networking" download server only because they are normally quicker.
The download shouldn't take much time at all. about 5 minutes or so.
Let it all start up and install. Then when the screen comes up and asks " Do you want to update now?" Click "yes." then it asks what you would like to update.
Put a tic mark in everything it will let you update, then click update. Once that says it's complete you have to close out of the update screen. Make sure you "immunize" as well. (another great feature of spybot search and destroy.)
After that you should be good to go. Just start up a scan and let it run. ( the scan should take 20 minutes - give or take. depending on your computer.)
If you see a thing called "teatimer" on your computer as well, don't get rid of it. It is another program that Spybot uses that helps secure your computer.

That's a good start, you should also get Spybot and Adaware. Only 1 anti-virus program should be used to avoid system conflicts but it is ok to have several anti-spyware applications.
I don't think you need Spynomore (uninstall it).

A good anti spyware/adware program will do 3 things that will clean your computer and then keep it clean. It will scan your computer to discover where the problem is, then it will run through and completely remove spyware from your system and then it will run on your computer in the background, defending you against future spyware attacks.

If you want the best free programs out there try these:
Antivirus: Antivir PE
Antispyware: Superantispyware, A-Squared Free 3.0 , Spyware Terminator (2-3 of them)

Your registry cleaner is good.

The Toiletseat Virus- Stays on your computer for two years until it becomes physically fused to your hard drive. The Microsoft Virus- Takes over files at exponential rates until it consumes 30 million files an hour. The Yahoo Answers Virus- Randomly deletes files at the suggestion of other files. The Chuck Norris Virus- Electronically roundhouse kicks your hard drive to death. That's all I've got for now.

I would recommend using spybot instead of spynomore and getting ad-aware
these programs don't conflict with each other and offer all the protection you need
