You could download AVG antivirus and AVG antispyware from www.download.com these are very good products and are free. I would also download Spybot and Spywareblaster and make sure you dont open any more emails unless you know who they are from just delete them straight away. These products should help alot!

Good luck

Easy. Just reformat your computer. Even though you are going to lose everything from your computer (files, programs, music, videos..etc) why bother installing antiviruses if your computer is seriously infected. Get your Windows XP CD or recovery CDs that came with your computer and reformat. If you don't know what reformat is, I suggest you to read the Windows XP Manual or the Computer manual.

I seriously recommend you to reformat your computer. Now that you mentioned a red wallpaper with a toxic sign, there's pretty much nothing else for you to do. I don't think the antivirus software can delete the viruses and trojans.

you're able to be able to desire to tutor off "gadget restoration" and then run the virus and undercover agent ware removal courses back, and this time run them at the same time as in safemode (hit F8 at bootup). i take advantage of superantispyware and AVG loose V8. gadget restoration is putting the viruses back onto your workstation. Now what you easily need to do is: backup your substantial archives and reinstall the O/S. you additionally could make a Ghost replica of your gadget for a backup. some structures contain a restoration CD, others with a restoration partition which makes it uncomplicated to restoration your workstation to unique specs. I many times ought to do it the previous trend way on the grounds that I build all of my very very own desktops, so before reformatting, determine you have the Drivers disk, if no longer, acquire and run motive force Genius and create an .exe report to restoration all your drivers after reinstalling homestead windows. Your device will constantly run quicker after a clean installation over a reformatted puzzling force. playstation . stay faraway from Norton... except you have a large quickly workstation, it could sluggish your workstation all the way down to a crawl. And at the same time as i'm on the concern, in no way have better than one virus removal application on your workstation, they are in a position to conflict to the factor the place your workstation will "purely no longer boot into homestead windows". it relatively is once you come back and pay me to restoration it.

Ad-Aware, Spybot and SuperAntiSpyware are the programs I currently use to eliminate popups, spyware, and adware from my computer. They are well-written, and do not add popups or ads themselves.

SuperAntiSpyware (free)

(SuperAntiSpyware includes 'homepage hijack protection' that'll stop your homepage being changed without your knowledge or consent).

Your computer is beyond repair.Anyway It will take less time and it's the safest to format the drive and reinstall everything (backup your data first) than to try to clean this mess.

Trojan horses attack your computer through the backdoor. Scan with Trend Micro. It'll remove them all. Also, turn on your firewall, and get full protection pronto. Don't wait another minute. Viruses will destroy your computer.
