Report them as spam. This blocks that particular address from contacting you again. Oh, and stay away from gambling sites. That's probably how they got your email.

This is what I do:
In Yahoo mail, options, set your options to:
1. block HTML images
2. display full headers
If you get a legitimate e-mail and you want to see the image, just scroll to the bottom of the message and click to display.
To report these @#$%^:
Open the e-mail - carefully (underline carefully) - do not click anything -- select the full header and the message. Right-click to copy.
Scroll down to Compose and click it to open
Paste the header and e-mail in the message box.
Send it to:
reportphishing@antiphishing.org
Return to messages, click in the box preceding the offending message and mark it as SPAM - which blocks it from further accessing your mailbox.

Kepp hitting spam. You might want to consider having 1 email address for friends, etc... and one for places that ask for your email address when ordering stuff. You are on a bunch of email address lists that scammers buy to sent emails to. Whenever possible, send emails with the addresses in the BCC spot, this way nobody sees the email addresses of the people you send stuff to. When emails get forwarded, the list of email addresses from the previous people who got the email get sent out with the email.

Hit the spam button on Yahoo Mail, or you could report the spammers to the anti-spam police.
Seriously, just delete them.

They eventually stop for awhile.
Then some new bozos start it.
