I tried to add a port, by clicking the "add a port" thing in the exceptions tab, but I typed the wrong address. Now it won't let me enter the correct address because it says it already has something at the incorrect address.

Because when I try to intall norton's anti virus I was have to uninstall my internet security which is a pain. I don't like the 2007 edition it is such a hassle. My comp has been lagging even though I remove all spyware, disk clean up and it keeps freezing on me sometimes. I'm really afraid of a virus. So does norton internet security come w/ anti virus..I've always wondered about it or did my money go to waste on updating. And if I install norton anti virus can i use the norton internet security add on pack w/ it?

can I find out who it is by asking Yahoo? can they do some kind of a trace, to be able to tell where someone else is accessing my emails and who the person is (ie. the address of that person, city, etc..)....or is that impossible to trace???

Hello, first things , i am running a laptop with windows xp pro.
i have Windows live care and Ad-Aware SE pro
ok, heres the problem. Whenever i run a scan with either of these two programs, they get stopped on a file on my computer and it restarts my desktop screen and closes everything. I also have tried to locate the file itself , but when i get near the folder it resets the desktop and closes everything. it wont let me finish a complete scan. I have also tried scanning and locating the file while my computer was in safe mode. . I dont know what else to do , so i thank u if u can help me.

If I create 2 accts and use one for just website browsing and its infected with like a ex. virus (snooper or some sort). Does it affect the entire computer or only that user acct? I was thinking of using one login id specifically for business stuff and one acct for web browsing, games, etc.

My Norton AntiVirus told me I have a "Trojan.Pandex" virus, but conveniently cannot repair it.
If I try to remove it with other programs, my computer will shut down.
Does anyone know anything about this and how I can get rid of it?
What is it doing to my computer?

Ive looked all over the norton site and can't find out how to turn off the thing that lets you know each time Norton says a "recent attempt to invade your computer was blocked." Obviously I dont want to turn off the Norton, but I want to stop getting these popups in the corner which mess up what Im doing on the net! The older versions always let me choose if I wanted to be notified each time or not.

Can I set up my orange webmail to only accept e mails from persons in my contacts list and automatically delete all other e mails. I get between 100 and 150 spam e mails every day and its a pain.

i have pyware on my pc, which i removed before with success, but now it is back. it i a popup in the bottom right hand corner of my pc which tells me to install an anti spyware programme. i removed the programme from my control panel before, but this time it won't remove. i have an anti spyware package which tells me my programmes are running ok, but this little bugger keeps popping up & annoying me. any ideas please ??
