Norton deleted it didn't it it should have.

hi,

If Norton antivirus founds out the virus then select the virus file and quarantine the file it should take care of it..

and your computer will be in a good condition.

Was it the Trojan.Pandex? Because I just posted a question on it.
I tried restoring my computer and it didn't work!
Also, Norton wouldn't quarantine it because when I tried, it shut my computer off...if you have the same one, I think we're screwed.

Go to http://www.mbusbyuk.info/links.html and scroll down the page to free online virus & spyware scans.
Select Panda from the free virus scanners.
When you get to the site, click on Scan My Computer.
When it asks you to select which part of your computer to scan, click on My Computer.
This should fix your problem.
