I just re-installed Openoffice.org, after uninstalling it because it was not saving revisions in my docs and a few other little glitchy things. Now I am trying to save about a page of material and my Spyware Terminator is determined to stop me. I press allow, it pops right back up Warning! Process or Library Start, etc, and we go in circles. How do tell Spyware Terminator to trust Openoffice? Or should I not?

I am trying to remove this program. Uninstall seemed to have cleared it but a remnant still runs when I open my PC and asks me to report an error.
How can I clean it off ( It does not show on my programs list or in "Add or Remove Programs"

there are some blogs where when u type in the add, there will be a prompt for u to type in a password before u can read. I want to do that for my blog to. Heard that a script is needed. How to I get that and do it on my blog? I'm totally clueless about such stuff, so I need some step by step and clear instructions. Appreciate your help!

i tried spybot, adaware, AVG, and spyhunter. i am in the middle of trying spyware doctor. has anyone had any luch with any of these? i am getting severly mad at th is point.

hello, i need some help in protecting my laptop, i have no spyware, firewalls or virus programs on it, and was wondering if there was any sites for free trials,on anything like that. i dont want the programs to just scan it, and tell me that i have a problem. i need it to fix or get rid of it / them... could anyone help...thanks

I have like an adware thingy on my computer, counter.exe or counter.cab, something like that. I ran Norton Antivirus, but it wouldn't quarantine or delete it. I tried extracting then deleting it, it doesn't work. My computer is a Windows XP Home Edition. I've been tearing my hair out over this (not literally...) so if anyone knows anything about removing viruses, please help me.

i have a d-link adaptor with dsl, the problem is that anyone can use my internet as there own and i want to secure it. the signal is quite slow and sometimes poor.

After the initial infection, the computer began running a "IEXPLORE.EXE" thats no the actual internet explorer. I ran a number of virus scans with ZONE and it would tell me that IEXPLORE.EXE is trying to act as a server. It could not fix.

Tried System Restore. Still infected after. IEXPLORE.EXE process cannot be shut down via task manager.

Booted into safe mode to install and run a different Virus scan software. In safe mode, fake IEXPLORE.EXE is running and I cannot shut down the task manually.

NOW after i get to the desktop in safemode nothing will start! I can't run Hijackthis or any antivirus!

In normal mode, the computer is "loading" tons on start up and then auto restarts within 30-60 seconds.

Now safemode won't even load after F8 on startup ... gets stuck on "loading your personal settings".

tried using msconfig in my 60sec of normal mode to change to safeboot and got "an acces denied error was returned while attempting to change a service."
Need major help
