ok I suggest you at this review. Through testing was done. It does not make you undetectable and does not block outbound ports however it does provide a reasonably effective form of attack notification and firewall stealth. I suggest you read the report.

It's a cool toy to play around with, but if someone wants to see you then BID will hardly make you invisible. It might hide one or two things about you, but out of the half dozen or so pieces of data that are transmitted when you connect to another computer, only a few of them are needed to form a positive ID.
