Can I set up my orange webmail to only accept e mails from persons in my contacts list and automatically delete all other e mails. I get between 100 and 150 spam e mails every day and its a pain.

It sounds as if someone who has your details in their contacts has been caught by a mailing worm. The only sure answer is to change your email address and be careful who you give the new one to. As spam is often badly addressed you might be able to set up a filter on the account to move anything that does not have your address in the "to" field straight to the trash

Not sure there. I use Outlook and PC Cillin Internet Security 2007. I never see the SPAM anymore. I was getting 70+ per day before.
