can I find out who it is by asking Yahoo? can they do some kind of a trace, to be able to tell where someone else is accessing my emails and who the person is (ie. the address of that person, city, etc..)....or is that impossible to trace???

The question isn't about changing my password. The question is can yahoo or any other service figure out if someone is checking someone else's email and somehow "trace" who that person is? Is there technology that does that??

i think of you desire to no longer hardship approximately this. you have in basic terms to open your account in yet another laptop. Then Yahoo internet site will inform you while you're signed out or no longer. you may in basic terms sign out and forget all approximately it. changing your password might create yet another difficulty. besides the owner of that laptop does no longer have any data of your account. Its in basic terms between you and Yahoo. Your password is invisible to the popular public eye. After the laptop is turn off it may no longer bear in mind your account anymore. so which you would be able to sign in back. Even a computer registered on your call you may sign in persistently whilst putting out your account.

Chat through some else's id you has added you and then wait till that person comes online and once he does go to this site (https://secure.experts-exchange.com/register.jsp?srid=aZO%2BrFb%2BxcxaMSaJCqFB7g%3D%3D&rsid=10&redirectURL=/Security/Misc/Q_21202818.html?qid=21202818) and find out how to find out his ip address by chating with him or just ask him and after you get the ip address go to an Internet providing centre tell then your problem and ask them to trace the ip address down and you will find him for sure.
