I am giving the computer back to a bad employer who is in trouble anyway. So please only answer that question about which software to delete,

I tried the Print Screen Key - and it does not work. I tried 'copying' them onto word doc - does not let me copy/cut. I want a paper copy of them for my records since I will be changing computers. If I can not do it automatically - I will be forced to spend over an hour hand writitng them down - HELP!!

I heard a lot of computer owners, not just Dell, calling for technical issues, blaming the manufacturer, if not, the techs who are trying to help them, when the problems they are calling for is just something they have created.
When you purchase your computer, it didn't have viruses or spyware on it, why blame it on the technicians? Who was using the computer by the way, is it the owners? or the technicians?

Someone has stolen my hotmail e-mail address and hotmail say that the security details I have provided them with don't match what they have on record. I understand that if they can't verify its me, I can't have the account back, but surely they have some sort of responsibility to suspend the account or delete it now that they know that something is not right with it? They are just telling me to open a new account and this hacker can keep my account and pretend to be me! It's identity theft. Can any one advise where I can go for help on this matter? Thanks

that cleaned 6 viruses The other question is, is it alright to down load spyware as one has an anti-virus program on, which I should also say, I already have Mccaffee.
So, if I download a spyone, it will be with the anti-virus one and
McCafee. Is that okay, or is that too much to have on the computer?
The virus cleaner I downloaded is prevx1 which found and than I deleted 6 viruses. thanx now

Hi.

I scanned my computer and got five problems
(Advertising.com, Avenue A, Inc; Casale Media, Double Click & MediaPlex).

Well, I clicked "Fix Problems", and they were all gone successfully, then scanned my computer again to make sure they're gone, but they're STILL problems.

How do I get rid of my problems for good, and what are spywares?

thanks.

I have a newly installed Verizon Internet Security for my dsl, just got it this week. My dad installed it and I didn't know, so when a pop-up asked me if I want to let Limewire connect to the internet, I pressed no without really reading it. Now I can't get it to connect. Under file, it says it's connected, and in my firewall thing, it says it's an active connection, but when I perform a search, it doesn't find anything. Can someone tell me how to get it re-connected to the internet, if that's even the problem? Thanks

there is a virus in our computer, we dont know how we got it. ALL our folders have subfolders with the same name as the folder, but when you click on it, a black ms-dos-like screen comes up. we cannot open our anti-virus software, it somehow closes it. if we try to search the internet by typing any of the known virus softwares or by even typing the word 'virus' it closes it down. HELP!

Why did Zone Alarm froze my computer on shut down? I have McAfee for virus scan, and I wanted something else for a firewall like Zone Alarm but tis giving me problems.
