how come my added contact could not be serve my messages and why do i have to do this things when this isn't also a genuine one

your question is "not" very clear, "but" from what I can make of it, you have a pirate copy of windows??? (if so), get the genuine article.
If it was sold to you, "under false pretences" of it being the genuine article, "take legal action.

if ur windows os is not genuine. you can call microsoft and tell them they may help you or you can buy a genuine windows os . install it then activate it by phone. virus on pc? use ur antivirus to scan in safemode. ur contact could not see ur my messages .uninstall ur messenger .reinstall ur messenger . all of ur 3 Question .that you ask in 1. have bean Answer in `1
