Someone has stolen my hotmail e-mail address and hotmail say that the security details I have provided them with don't match what they have on record. I understand that if they can't verify its me, I can't have the account back, but surely they have some sort of responsibility to suspend the account or delete it now that they know that something is not right with it? They are just telling me to open a new account and this hacker can keep my account and pretend to be me! It's identity theft. Can any one advise where I can go for help on this matter? Thanks

the issue is someone were given your Contacts addresses likely from the various sender on your digital mail by the CC function.or perhaps as they have your contact's addresses they don't favor your account anymore. continually deliver muliple emails by the Bcc fuction that keeps your manage e book secret. replace your password and click the undesirable stuff it really is comming in as junk mail, and finally that is going to give up,enable your friends recognize to boot. solid success with that. Change the passwords for EVERYTHING else you have linked to this account.

Ebay for example, you don´t want people buying stuff for thousands in your name do you.

Then open a new account, yahoo mail is good.

Yes, get another account. And email the jerk! Then cause that email address to get tons of spam! Use it to subscribe to lots of newsletters, etc. And next time, come up with a better password & don't give it out! You'l need to change your logins to various sites too, won't you?
