"page cannot be displayed" I dont understand all the steps and terminology to get this page to go away- so I can access the internet

not work when I select the box that tells it to? Every time I go back to any sites login page, I have to re-enter all my data. Any suggestions, fixes would be greatly appreciated.

i have got a new second hand computer,the thing is when i open my documents there is mo my pictures folder on my old computer that comes up also if i right click a picture i does not say send to my pictures as an option help

I bought a 100 pack of blank memorex DVDs just before xmas...they have been working fine...but I just tried to burn off some files and they would not work....when you put the DVD in the drive it says "0 bytes of free space and 0 bytes available"....wierd...so are the DVD faulty?? Shoul I return them or is there some other problem? I thought it was the files at first...but they copied to my flash drive fine...I checked other DVDs in the pack and they all say the same for the file size...any ideas???

2 hard drives master is 15gb - slave is 50g i want to change the 50 to master to upgrade to vista. i know how to change the drives physically but how do i get my operating system on to the 50gb drive. do i physically change the drives then use system restore or what? and the 15g that has the OS can I just delete that off after I change them around or do i totally have to format it clean? I would like to move pics, music, etc on one of the drives but if i have to i will burn it all to cd and erase....whats the easiest way?

I have been prompted to download this new version of Internet Explorer and I hate it!

Nothing looks the same, my computer keeps crashing every few minutes and I've totally lost control of the machine.

Everytime I click on the EI icon the page open and then freezes so I have to shut down my computer. This doesnt happen when I open without add ons, whatever the hell they are, but if I click a link on something like MSN today the whole thing starts again and my compurter crashes.

To make matters worse, for some reason my computer isnt allowing me to do a system restore to get rid of the damn thing and any ideas how I could get round this would be greatly appreciated.

What are these add ons?

How can I get my computer to function by using them if I cant get rid of this new internet explore?

Does anyone else have problems with this thing?

Is this some sort of virus?

PLEASE help me before I have a breakdown or the laptop goes through the window!!!!

Computers. I can't turn off my computer when I click on the turn off button but I can hibernate.
Is this the same as turning it off?
When I try to restart it doesn't work either and sometimes I need to do this when I have updated.
I am turning it off manually at the moment. I'm sure there must be a simple way to fix this....I just don't know how. HELP!!!!!

I want to install Windows XP into a computer that currently has Windows 2000. Do I need to uninstall 2000 first before I install XP? If I don't have to do that, will XP just "automatically" replace the old software and will my documents and files be intact or should I back them up first? Also, I have comcast internet with Outlook Express. Will I need to uninstall my interent provider too and reload it once XP is in place? I tried installing XP before but I chickened out because I kept getting a warning that my printer and stuff may not work if I completed the install. I have the printer disk, so I am pretty sure I can just reload the printer after XP is in. Should I also uninstall the printer before hand as well? Thanks for your patience...sorry so many questions, I just don't want to screw myself up.

My work email is through outlook, and somehow, I started receiving all this spam. I get about 40-75 messages a day of just junk. My work doesn't have any kind of spam blocker, so is there any way to do it through outlook?

I keep adding them to my block senders list, but that doesn't help much. There are new ones every day.

I also tried to make message rules blocking things like "pharmacy" and "loan approval", but I don't want to do so many that I accidentally block something I want!

because my webcam kept crashing and all that, i tried everything and it still kept crashing.. so i scanned it, and it found some adwre and viruses, and it still kept crashing, but now its so slow! i have logitech quickcam chat and it is quite slow and it doesnt move fast..any chance ov how i can gt it too move faster? ... i scanned the recovery, pavillion and hard drive...

My profile page for Y!A is not correct. I have it set to show my link to my 360 page, but it's not showing up. And my avatar should be a photo from my 360, but in editting my profile, it says "no 360 pic..." and my only options are no pic or this avatar. Help please!

While I was playing an episode of "One Tree Hill" on The CW's website, it stopped playing after 3 seconds, and the timer kept cycling through the first 3 seconds. I could drag the slider to another point in the episode, but the same thing would happen there. Now my computer won't play anymore sounds anywhere.

I already checked the Master Volume and none of the devices were muted.
