How do I make Microsoft Outlook remember the addresses of everyone I receive or send an email to?

It will keep the info of who you sent to but not who sent you mail unless you add them to your Contacts. just right-click and choose add to Outlook Contacts.

Unless you save all that you send to in your Contacts, you can lose the data when recreating profiles or clearing your Outlook cache.
