Try going to Add/Removed Programs in the Control Panel, finding Norton Internet Security and choosing Change. There should be an option to reset your password. Look at the sources, specifically the Symantec link, for more information.

If you're using Windows, go to Control Panel -> Add or Remove
Scroll until you find Norton, then click change. There's an option for resetting your password, just follow the on-screen directions.

i think u should call them if u don't remember it at all....
or maybe check online and see what u can find...
but they usually ask u for the serial # and the rest will be easy
hope u find ur password
