Is there any easy way to copy all of my contacts to the same distribution list in Microsoft Outlook?

Sure. Just open your Contacts, select NEW, and click ACTIONS. Select NEW DISTRIBUTION LIST. It will allow you to select all for the new list, and the new contact list will show in your address book as a contact name.
