I have 2 hard drives (master 15g)- (slave 50g) how do i switch the OS onto the 50g & remove it from the 15?

2 hard drives master is 15gb - slave is 50g i want to change the 50 to master to upgrade to vista. i know how to change the drives physically but how do i get my operating system on to the 50gb drive. do i physically change the drives then use system restore or what? and the 15g that has the OS can I just delete that off after I change them around or do i totally have to format it clean? I would like to move pics, music, etc on one of the drives but if i have to i will burn it all to cd and erase....whats the easiest way?

If you have Norton Ghost handy, it will move the OS, from the old HD, to the new HD.
If not you will need a OS disk.
