It's pretty obvious that SPAM is getting more and more out of control. I wish all the spammers would just got locked up in jail forever after 2 warnings. I also wish that we have less people that's dumb enough to click on these SPAM ads! Obvioulsy it's making the spammers $ that's why they're still doing it. How do you want to torture these SPAMMERS?

When I have converted AVI, MPG etc files to DVD format files, I can only manage to burn just over an hour of film onto a blank DVD-R. I have tried to reduce the video quality when burning but this doesn't help much. Surely what I'm trying is not impossible when you can get a 3 hour King Kong hollywood movie onto DVD!?? Please help.

I have a few questions. When you click on Control Panel, then Appearence and Themes, then on the left, mouse pointers, what is Gestures and Edge Motion? I've been messing with them and can't see what it's supposed to do, oh, this is a lap top.

I know my user ID and password are correct. When I try to sign in it just keeps asking me to fill out a security question (copying the code) then takes me straight back to the login page? Any Ideas what might be wrong

rid of... like to make space.... i erased a bunch of programs that said i rarely use but i dont if thats going to give me room... i got a bunch of pictures on my computer but i i dont know what else i can get rid of to make my computer run faster because i think thats whats making my computer run slow... i have a good conection.

I use to be able to open as many internet explorer windows as I want, now after downloading Norton Security 2007 something has happened and I can only open 1 internet window. If I try to minimize the internet page I am on so it goes to the bottom of the task bar and then go to my desktop and open up a new internet explorer, it picks up the window I already had minimized, thus I loose thepage I was on and cannot even select the back arrow. I have since deleted Norton thinking this was the cause, I did a full system restore and I still have the problem. Norton techs cannot figure this out. I need to be able to access more than 1 window at a time, please help!

No external mouse; using mousepad on laptop. I used to be able to scroll the page by sliding my finger down the right or bottom edge of the mousepad and now I can't. What happened? And how do I fix it (to all computer geniuses out there...I need your help!!) Thank you and Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, and all other greetings!!

Hi! I have a HUGE problem. Someone used my credit card to make numerous charges to a website you have to pay for to get access to...Anyway, when I discovered this, I called the company to dispute the charge and they said they can trace the computers IP address. They said if they trace it to me, they will not refund my money. I am a college student who uses wireless internet and others have access to my computer, which is a laptop. I am confused about the IP address and how this can effect me. How can I get my money back (almost $200.00...but it was billed over 5 months so I did not notice it missing...) or what can I do to protect myself in the future. ANY helpful information would be greatly appreciated...espically what can I say to the company if they start to jerk me around. I am computer literate...but only to a certain point...but this more than confuses me. Thanks to anyone who can help!!! Sorry for the length of the question, but I thought clarification would be helpful.
