I'm pretty sure that there's a site or two for it but, my best experience has been with Audacity. It's a neat little program that I found on Sourceforge. However, Windows also ships with Sound Recorder; which is located in Start > Programs > Accessories > Entertainment. Make sure you configure your microphone as your primary source of audio input in the control panel (Audacity has a panel that you can access directly from the program). The only problem with Audacity is that you have to download the LAME library from the Internet in order to make a .mp3 file. Directions should be on the Audacity website.

There are two good free sites which allow you to record your voice along with karaoke tracks. One is http://www.bix.com. The other one is http://www.singshot.com. You might also try going out to the website of the company that manufactured your mic and see if there are any software downloads available.

If you have a Windows computer, the software to record your voice is in start \ programs \ accessories \ entertainment \ sound recorder

Can't help you if you have a Mac.
