No external mouse; using mousepad on laptop. I used to be able to scroll the page by sliding my finger down the right or bottom edge of the mousepad and now I can't. What happened? And how do I fix it (to all computer geniuses out there...I need your help!!) Thank you and Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, and all other greetings!!

how about, trying to download the driver from someone like dell...or who ever the make of your PC is
