go to start click on "settings" go to "control panal" then double click on "Add/Rmove buttons" then from there you will see alot of programs, click on the one you want to get rid of, the computer should high light that one by its self then hit "remove" it it might ask you if your sure you wanna delete that program and hit "OK" there might or might not be a window that pops up that says "This program will be fully deleted with your next start up or reboot" then hit OK if that window doesn't show up its OK. and the next time you turn your computer totally off then is should be gone for good, it will still delete even be for you restart you computer but not fully.

you need to go into the registry, it is very easily done through there. you need to do some research on registry tweaks and backing up the registry before making such changes. the wrong change can corrupt certain files making requiring a new installation of the operating system...
