I don't kow anything about this stuff so please bear with me. How do I get more bandwidth?? Do I go through my service provider? Is it something in my computer? I know, I'm a ding dong..

It can be somthing with your computer but most likely it's your service. Sounds like you have DSL, in my opinion Cable is the best option for the price and for the quality and speed of the service. Call your local cable company and see what kind of cable services they offer.

Clear your cache and cookies. Also, check with your service provider and ask them about your speed!

who is ur ISP? ask them what do the provide and do u have the plan for more than 500kbps? let me know if u need more help
